Happy Father's Day!

Dad got some deeeeeelicious strawberry cheesecake for Father's Day from my sis and I! Yes, we made them in ramekins because we don't have spring molds. Plus, we don't have to deal with leakage from the water bath. :) I used the cheesecake recipe from April's Daring Bakers challenge and I highly recommend it! It's light and creamy and... well, you get the idea. We topped the cheesecake with strawberry puree.
