I've been waiting all week for this thing to arrive! After a lot of thought I invested in a cricut expression to help with my cutting because cutting by hand is going to cause me injury if I keep doing it. Anyways, the machine arrived today!!! It cuts 12 x 12 inches and 12 x 24 inches! I was so excited I tore it out of the box and put it to the test... I downloaded the demo SCAL software which lets you cut custom designs and I am having a lot of troubles..I'm so frustrated lol.. no matter what I do I can't seem to get it to align with where I want it to cut... I am trying to get it to cut my sticker designs. I can't figure out if it's something I'm doing wrong or if it's something that the software is doing but I wasted a whole lot of cardstock and I pretty much ruined my first cutting mat.. good thing it came with 3 mats. Officially sad and very very tired.
