Green Tea

So, I ordered a bunch of kelly green tshirts without really thinking what design to put on them. OOPs. So, after some thinking and some brainstorming help from twitter friends I decided to draw a teacup and a teapot. Yes, I know they are not green. lol but I love drinking green tea. What do you think of this shirt?

I like the green but the image doesn't pop enough. Have you tried white ink? It might make your cute image pop more.

I want to do white but then I have to do plastisol or else it won't be opaque and I'm not set up to do it.

Just stumbled upon this post! Have you visited http://www.t-shirtforums.com/ ? There are lots of tutorials/information about how to print white on dark tees with water-based ink and getting a nice opaque coat. :)

I've only used water-based ink because I don't care for all the chemicals you need to clean up after plastisol. D:
