Pumpkin Carving
Meet Jack Skellington (Nightmare before Christmas). Not very original I know but you wouldn't be very original either if the pumpkin you were carving was 1.5" inches thick and you didn't have proper carving tools!

LOL, I know what you mean about thick pumpkins!! I was all ready to make an awesome carving yesterday but after gutting it and realizing it was about 1.5" thick and all I had was a kitchen knife.... awesome carving quickly turned into simple cat face. ;)
Your Jack Skellington is cute though! Do you bake the seeds after? They are delicious!
