Meet Jack Skellington (Nightmare before Christmas). Not very original I know but you wouldn't be very original either if the pumpkin you were carving was 1.5" inches thick and you didn't have proper carving tools!

Okay, I haven't been updating this blog as much as I should but mostly because I have been taking a break and I have nothing to write about but that's going to change soon. :) The photos are backwards cuz blogger sucks.

Happy birthday to me! Actually, my birthday isn't until Thursday.

This is the most creative thing I have done in a while. Hand drawings on shrink plastic featuring some of the new characters from the A-Z collection I am working on.

Turkey dinner for 4. Turkey, roasted acorn squash, maple glazed bacon and carrots, cranberry sauce, and gravy. Would have made more but it was a big turkey and we don't eat huge meals.

We've got mice. UGH...

My genius creation inspired by the many many apples that we have. Apple pie bars with almond streusel topping a la mode!

Planning Thanksgiving dinner

It's Thanksgiving on Monday. The plan is to make turkey, mash and some roasted veggies but what else to make? Help me out! What do you guys usually have at thanksgiving dinner?
